The backgrounds on which we organize distance learning are the material basis and human resource. All learning process has been doing virtually where a teacher and a student communicate together. The teacher provides the content of subject or module and the students do the tests, activities, exercises. Gained knowledge and skills have been controlling in virtual environment.
